Application Process
Basic Application: Include name; all contact information; names and contact information for 3 professional or academic references; schools attended & degrees earned; any special factors, events, or awards; detailed curriculum vitae; and any other pertinent information.
Personal Statement: Describe A) why you think EPIS Education matches your interests, background, and future goals and B) why you think you are qualified to enter the specific EPIS program for which you are applying.
Transcripts: Send a copy of unofficial transcripts from all schools attended with your application.
Recommendations: Have each recommender write a recommendation letter, scan, and email to: EPIS / Dr. Kevin Boileau kbradref@gmail.com In the alternative, please send us copies of letters of recommendation.
